Tammy’s Open Diary: The Beauty of the B-lesson of Karmic lessons

Writer: Love Me TammyLove Me Tammy

Karmic lessons don’t come into your life to break you—they come to reveal what still needs healing. If you find yourself caught in the same cycle—thinking the same thoughts, reacting the same way, and attracting the same type of people in different forms—that’s not a coincidence. It’s a sign. A mirror. A call to look deeper within yourselF RIGHT NOWWWWWWWW!!!! Don't go into the new year thinking the same, acting the same or being treated the same.

The Root of the Cycle (Root & Sacral Chakra Work)

Most karmic cycles start in the Root Chakra (Muladhara) and Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana). If you keep experiencing instability whether in love, finances, or self-worth, it may be a sign that your foundation isn’t solid.

  • Do you feel safe within yourself, or are you constantly looking for external validation?

  • Are you repeating toxic relationship patterns because they feel familiar, even if they aren’t healthy?

  • Do you struggle with emotional balance, bouncing between detachment and deep attachment?

Karmic lessons around these chakras teach us that security isn’t found outside of ourselves. It’s built within. Stability isn’t about clinging to what’s familiar—it’s about trusting that you deserve more than survival mode.

Rewriting the Narrative (Solar Plexus & Heart Chakra Work)

Sometimes, what you think you want is only here to help you heal. That’s a tough pill to swallow. The Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) holds the energy of confidence and self-worth, and the Heart Chakra (Anahata) carries the lessons of love—especially self-love.

  • Are you chasing after something (or someone) that doesn’t align with your highest good?

  • Do you shrink yourself to be accepted or force situations that don’t flow naturally?

  • Are you willing to release what no longer serves you, even when it’s painful?

Karmic cycles tied to these chakras show up as power struggles, people-pleasing, and the need for control. The lesson? Your worth isn’t tied to proving yourself. Love should feel safe. You don’t have to fight for something that’s meant for you.

Seeing the Lesson for What It Is (Throat & Third Eye Chakra Work)

Healing requires honesty. The Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) governs truth, both speaking it and accepting it. The Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) deals with perspective. If karmic cycles keep repeating, it may be time to ask yourself:

  • Am I listening to my intuition, or ignoring the red flags?

  • Do I express my needs, or do I suppress my truth to keep the peace?

  • Am I looking at situations with clarity, or only seeing what I want to see?

The biggest blockages aren’t external they exist in the unhealed parts of us. And if we’re not honest about what needs to be released, we’ll keep calling the same lessons back into our lives.

Releasing & Rising (Crown Chakra Alignment)

Every lesson is a blessing in disguise, even when it hurts. The Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) reminds us that everything is connected, and nothing is happening to us—it’s happening for us. Growth isn’t about perfection; it’s about awareness.

So, when life brings you a test, don’t be angry. Be grateful.

  • Grateful that you can recognize it.

  • Grateful that you have the power to choose differently.

  • Grateful that healing is the key to everything you desire.

Karmic lessons aren’t punishments. They’re invitations. Allow them to be just that, a be-lesson. One that helps you become the highest version of yourself.

And if you ever find yourself wondering, why is this happening again? Check your chakras. The answer is already within you. Ase
