2. Say each one aloud.Let your throat chakra clear the energy.You are safe.

3. Rip it up.With intention.Say: “This no longer defines me. I release it.”

4. Flush it. Bury it. Burn it.Let it go.Let it flow away from your Solar Plexus so you can make room for your power.

💌 Give Yourself Grace

Not everything that comes back around is a setback. Sometimes it’s God saying: “Let’s try that lesson again but this time, with more wisdom.”And yeah… sometimes self-sabotage creeps in. You may ruin something you thought would last forever. You may walk away from what you thought you wanted. But hear this:

Self-sabotage is still a path to elevation, especially when you finally learn why you did it. Sometimes it’s not failure. It’s spiritual redirection.

Because when you fully learn the lesson, God doesn’t punish you, He upgrades you. He sends you the elevated version of what you truly desire. The healed version. The aligned version. But only after you stop shaming yourself for where you messed up and start applying the wisdom you gained. That’s why it’s so important to sit with your choices, not in regret, but in revelation.

Baby don’t be surprised if God sends you something or someone to trigger that healing.
