Moving with Oya & Minding My Sacral Business

It’s the first of the month & we have officially moved! Yes we took a leap into whole new area. After 3 years I decided to pour back into thyself. Let’s talk about how I’ve been keeping my mental in check.

Lately, I’ve been on a little hiatus… just minding my kids, my business, and getting my physical together. In the mist of that who told me to try dating. Lololol is all I will say.

Truthfully… dating has brought me to a new level of humbleness, to the point where being alone doesn’t even feel as bad as I once thought.

Let me explain…

I really wanted that unit again—that monogamous love. And yes, I still do. But baby… the way things have been coming and going? It humbled me.

Because the time you waste on “maybe” chemistry… that back and forth… that confusion… it’ll drain a woman’s soul.

So instead of replaying the same conversations, the same actions, the same cycles…

I took accountability.

And I said, you know what, Tameka?

Let’s mind our sacral business.

And with that…

I didn’t lose myself—I just shifted.

Because when you really tap into yourself, you realize you don’t have to go searching for energy… you can create it.

So yeah… I dusted off my wand—the one that never disappoints, the one that allows me to connect without collecting someone else’s energy.

Let me cleanse this energy properly.

Buzzers were never really my thing—even when I sold intimate toys. With crystal and glass wands, it’s a whole different experience… more intentional, more connected, more YOU.
